Born and raised in Taiwan, I grew up immersed in mindfulness practices that deeply honor quietude, reflection, and connection—core values that continue to guide me today. After moving to the U.S., I discovered how these mindful traditions could profoundly support personal balance, belonging, and inner peace. As a certified health coach, I specialize in helping you create sustainable lifestyle changes that nourish your mind, body, and spirit. My personalized wellness coaching sessions (available in person or via Zoom) provide compassionate, intentional spaces for self-reflection, emotional clarity, and mindful connection.
